Baglietto sells the first Dom155, the new top of the range model
For the La Spezia-based company, this is the third order completed in just two weeks.

The Baglietto shipyard has announced the sale of the first Dom155 unit, a 47-meter superyacht that represents the top of the range in the Dom line. This transaction represents the third order completed by the La Spezia-based brand in just two weeks, following the contracts for the fourteenth Dom133 hull and the third unit of the traditional T60 model.
The owner of the first Dom155, scheduled for delivery in 2029, has extensive experience and is already associated with the Ligurian brand. According to a company statement, Building Captain Simon Mackay, who is collaborating with the La Spezia shipyard for the second time, contributed to the negotiations. The interior design was entrusted to Leonardo Santi, a professional who has already designed several projects for the same line.
From a technical standpoint, the Dom155 is a displacement motor yacht with a gross tonnage of less than 500 GT, designed by Stefano Vafiadis. Built entirely of aluminum to combine high performance with minimal pre-heating, it also offers extensive customization options. The project stands out for its meticulous attention to onboard livability, optimizing the use of space and integrating interior and exterior spaces through open layouts and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The aft area, structured as a versatile wellness area featuring an infinity pool and a beach club that can be configured as a spa, gym, or additional garage, is one of the model's defining features. The interiors include a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck and four guest cabins, with the option of creating a fifth, as well as crew quarters. Outside, the 130-square-meter sundeck offers 360-degree panoramic views, lounge areas, and a second pool.
The yacht is powered by two Cat C32 engines, which allow it to reach a top speed of 16 knots.
"We are very pleased with this sale, which comes just a few months after the project was launched on the market earlier this year," commented Fabio Ermetto, Baglietto's Commercial Director, noting that the renewed trust from a long-standing client confirms the strength of the company's strategic offering, which focuses on vessels that combine comfort and spaciousness. "The Dom155 fits perfectly into this vision, and we are fully confident that it will establish itself as a benchmark in the under-500 GT segment," he concluded.
