Next Yacht Group has taken a new step toward international growth with the establishment of Next Yacht Adriatic and Next Yacht Germany. The operation, aimed at consolidating the Viareggio-based group's presence in the Adriatic and Central European markets, culminated in a commercial collaboration agreement with Splendid Yachting AG, a leading yacht sales, charter, and brokerage company operating in Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The agreement, explains a statement from the Group, responds to the growing demand for the Maiora and Ab Yachts brands in Europe's main recreational boating regions and follows the recent launch of Next Yacht Spain, in line with the group's desire to selectively expand its international sales network with a direct presence in areas with the highest growth potential.

Giorgio Mattei, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Next Yacht Group, commented on the transaction, highlighting how the Adriatic and Central European markets represent strategic areas for the company's future development. He confirmed that Splendid Yachting's choice meets the company's need for qualified expertise, a solid reputation, and a local presence, essential elements for representing brands at the highest levels and ensuring greater proximity to both long-time owners and potential new clients.

Stefan Breck, CEO of Splendid Yachting, expressed his satisfaction with the agreement, highlighting the prestige of representing two companies like Maiora and AB Yachts in their region. He noted that the values of innovation, craftsmanship, and performance that characterize the Tuscan group's production align with the brokerage firm's vision of offering an exceptional onboard experience. The shared goal of the partnership remains to strengthen the visibility and positioning of both brands in the Adriatic and Central European markets.
