The Italian Sea Group has announced a progressive intensification of operations at its shipyards, with the goal of reaching full capacity by the first ten days of June 2026. The expansion of all production activities is intended to signal stability and industrial continuity not only for the company "but also for the entire supply chain that has historically supported the Group and is an essential element of its production chain," the statement states.

The industrial plan includes several large vessels in advanced stages of construction. The first unit of the new 50-meter Admiral Panorama line has successfully completed sea trials and is scheduled for delivery in early July. Also in July, the second unit of the same line, equipped with hybrid propulsion, is scheduled for launch in the first ten days of the year, with delivery estimated for next September.

Regarding coordinated activities with the Group's production sites in Turkey, the hull of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 101 is completing its structural work and will arrive in Italy in mid-June to begin the outfitting phase. Construction of an 88-meter vessel is also progressing smoothly in the Turkish shipyards, with completion expected in Italy in October. Meanwhile, the two large orders for 82 and 85 meters, secured at the end of 2025, are currently in the executive design phase; keel laying for both superyachts will take place between July and September.

Business continuity is also supported by the internal Celi 1920 division, with activities proceeding in line with the ship's schedules, to actively support the shipyard's general work and ongoing projects, and by the Nca Refit sector dedicated to repairs and maintenance, whose activities on large yachts – the Group's note highlights – have not suffered any interruption.

On the commercial front, the company has already confirmed its official presence at the next Monaco Yacht Show 2026, scheduled for September.

The statement continues with the company's clarification on the financial aspects, confirming that the balance sheet is undergoing a process of financial rebalancing through strategic guidelines. Regarding "cash management and operating financial dynamics, these will continue to be monitored as part of activities aimed at business continuity." The majority shareholder reiterated its intention to continue with this recovery plan while maintaining the group's quality and innovation standards.

Regarding the implementation of the plan, developed with the support of specialized consultants, President Giovanni Costantino confirmed the project's feasibility. Costantino concluded his statement by expressing surprise at the positions recently taken by some unions, describing the tone used to describe the company's situation as superficial and provocative, and criticizing the dissemination of numerical data deemed inconsistent with the company's true situation.
