Letter from the new CEO, Stassi Anastassov, to Ferretti Group employees.
The guidelines of the mandate were illustrated after the first internal discussions, the meeting with the founder Norberto Ferretti and the discussions with institutional investors.

Stassi Anastassov, recently appointed CEO of Ferretti Group, has sent a letter—his second, as the Group's statement explains—to the company's employees. The document, which marks the start of a more structured communications effort also aimed at the financial community, provides the first assessment of the executive's work. In recent weeks, Anastassov explains, his focus has been on analyzing and understanding the various entities that comprise the Group, to continue his initial commitment to devote the first phase of his mandate to "listening" to the organization.
Anastassov reports meeting with front-line operations managers, designers, sales teams, and workers from individual shipyards. Among the stops along the way, he mentions spending a day in Cattolica with founder Norberto Ferretti and taking a thrilling first voyage in the waters of Rapallo aboard a Wally.
From his meeting with Norberto Ferretti, the new CEO was able to analyze the value of the brand's tradition and the need to maintain high market competitiveness. The CEO recalled a summary of the founder's thoughts on customer loyalty: "You buy a boat for how it looks. But after a week, you only think about how it actually works," emphasizing its value. Retracing the Group's history, Anastassov expressed respect for the key figures who have shaped its development over the decades: Carlo Riva, Norberto Ferretti himself, Alberto Galassi, and Piero Ferrari.
In the letter, Anastassov does not overlook the company's most complex historical moments, such as the financial crisis of 2010-2011, and recalls the subsequent entry of Weichai's Chinese partners and their continued support over the past fourteen years. This approach, which seeks to combine the company's historical heritage with greater efficiency and process rigor, was the central topic of the discussions the CEO initiated in parallel with over forty financial analysts and investors.
With this statement, Stassi Anastassov also sent a message to the markets regarding the Group's future structure, confirming his determination to preserve the Group's Italian identity and quality, while simultaneously increasing commercial discipline, execution speed, and innovation. This vision for the future was summarized by the manager in a phrase shared with both the financial community and employees: "Same soul. Safer hands."
