Ferretti Group slows in the first quarter of 2026. Anastassov preaches realism.

Stassi Anastassov

Ferretti Group's first-quarter 2026 results show a clear slowdown in the market and financial indicators, so much so that new CEO Stassi Anastassov speaks of a "less dynamic business environment" and "slower-than-expected order conversion, particularly in order intake. We are approaching this phase with realism, discipline, and a focus on execution. Confidence should never be confused with complacency."

Anastassov also stated that "the fundamentals of the business remain solid. Our brands are strongly positioned, margins remain resilient, and the quality and visibility of our order book provide a solid operating foundation on which to continue building. Over €400 million of net backlog is already expected to convert into revenue in 2026, providing significant visibility into the future. In this context, we are not focusing on short-term reactions, but on execution discipline, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation over the long term. We reiterate our full confidence in the solidity, positioning, and long-term potential of the Ferretti Group ecosystem."

These numbers for the period January 1 – March 31, 2026: New net revenues equal to 302,1 million euros (-8% compared to Q1 2025), net profit equal to 21 million (down from 23,9 million in Q1 '25), order intake equal to 179,6 million (270,6 million in the first three months of 2025), Net backlog equal to 722,3 million (down from 828,6 million as of December 31), and Net financial position of 18,4 million as of March 31.
