Stassi Anastassov is the new CEO of Ferretti Group

An international manager with experience in Duracell and Procter & Gamble, he will lead the group with a focus on operational continuity, global development and long-term strategy.

Following the general meeting of shareholders, Ferretti Group announces that the board of directors has appointed Stassi Anastassov as CEO of the company, effective immediately. Tan Ning has been confirmed as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Born in Bulgaria, a Swedish and Swiss citizen, Stassi Anastassov is an international executive with extensive global leadership experience in the consumer, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. He previously served as President and CEO of Duracell and held senior leadership positions for thirty years at Procter & Gamble in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. He currently serves as a non-executive director of JS Global Lifestyle and a non-executive director of Better Shelter.

Tan Ning, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated: “On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank the shareholders for their continued trust and support. Ferretti Group enters this new phase with a solid foundation, outstanding brands, and significant long-term development opportunities. The Board remains fully committed to continuity, disciplined execution, and the Group's long-term development. Under Stassi Anastassov's leadership, the Group will continue to strengthen its operational excellence, global positioning, and long-term value creation, preserving the unique heritage and identity that define Ferretti Group.”

Stassi Anastassov emphasized: “It is an honor for me to take on the role of CEO of Ferretti Group, a unique company founded on extraordinary brands, exceptional craftsmanship, and highly talented people. Italy is, and always will be, the heart of Ferretti Group. Our task is to protect and strengthen this heritage, while continuing to develop the group as a true global leader in luxury yachts. I am ready to continue and build on the solid work accomplished in recent years, with humility, commitment, and a clear operational focus. Together with the management team and all the group's employees, we will carry out our strategy with consistency, ambition, and long-term vision. Our commitment is, first and foremost, to the solidity, stability, and long-term success of the company. By serving the company well, we best serve all shareholders, employees, customers, and partners – those who together build the future of Ferretti Group.”

The Group will continue to implement its strategic and business plans, further strengthening operational discipline, global development, and long-term value creation. The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on May 19, 2026, to review the company's first-quarter 2026 results, which will be released in accordance with the regulatory calendar.
