The fifth unit of the Pershing 140 was launched in Ancona
Performance of 35 knots and full custom interiors for the new hull of the flagship series delivered with a color scheme that breaks with tradition

The fifth hull of the Pershing 140, the flagship of the range, was launched at the group's Ancona shipyard. Built entirely of aluminum, the model retains its distinctive features, such as the side wings integrated into the superstructure, but introduces specific customizations requested by the owner, such as the exterior color scheme. Unlike the previous aluminum-grey units, this bright white is a hue that continues throughout the interiors, which emphasize light tones and refined finishes.
As stated in the shipyard's press release, the most significant changes to this vessel compared to the standard layout concern the aft area: the beach area has been reconfigured by eliminating the space intended for the tender and water toy garage, transforming it into a convivial space featuring a fully equipped central wet bar. Moving up toward the cockpit, a lounge area furnished with freestanding elements is located, followed by a dining area protected by the side windows and featuring a table that can accommodate up to ten guests.
Regarding the interior spaces on the main deck, their layout follows a functional logic that prioritizes brightness. The entrance leads immediately to the dining area, separate from the main salon that occupies the central section of the deck. Proceeding forward, one reaches the full-beam owner's suite, which was also modified at the client's request. Specifically, the vanity desk was removed to increase storage capacity and integrate an L-shaped sofa. The raised helm station, connecting to the sundeck, was also adapted to the vessel's color scheme, using white and beige upholstery.
The lower deck's sleeping quarters include four guest cabins, all with private bathrooms. The owner also requested the addition of Pullman beds in two of the cabins, bringing the potential guest capacity to ten, in addition to the master suite. As for the shared outdoor spaces, the sundeck is set up as a panoramic terrace with a bar and sofas, and features a second external helm station. The spacious bow area, accessible via the side walkways, houses a Jacuzzi and a fixed sunbathing area.
On the technical side: the propulsion, entrusted to a configuration of four Mtu 16V 2000 M96L engines, each capable of delivering 2.600 hp, combined with water jets, allows the Pershing 140 to reach a maximum speed of 35 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots.
The construction, the result of a collaboration between architect Fulvio De Simoni, the Product Strategy Committee chaired by Engineer Piero Ferrari, and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department, confirms the Ancona production site's specialization in the construction of large steel and aluminum vessels over 40 meters in length.
