Cantiere delle Marche completes shareholder restructuring with majority stake in CLP2

Cantiere delle Marche has announced the completion of the shareholder transition began last OctoberClp2 – the entity that unites the Loro Piana and Lucia Loro Piana families with Carisma (Giovanni Cagnoli's family office) – is officially the majority shareholder.

The process that began with CdM's entry into the company's capital has concluded with the definitive exit of Fil Bros., the company led by Tom Schroder. This has led to a new structure that, as a statement from the shipyard explains, believes the true strength of the operation lies in stability. Vasco Buonpensiere and Ennio Cecchini, CEO and president respectively, in addition to retaining their minority stakes, will remain at the operational helm of the company, sending a signal that guarantees the stylistic and construction continuity that has made CdM a global benchmark for explorer and displacement yachts.

Cantiere delle Marche's statement also expresses sincere thanks to Tom Schroder and the Fil Bros team for their support, characterized by the trust and autonomy granted to management, which is recognized as crucial in consolidating its international reputation for technical excellence and reliability.

CdM currently has a four-year industrial plan in full swing, which, it reports, is exceeding expectations: the order book is full, the internal team is strengthened, the product vision is clear, and financial solidity allows for investment in research and development without hesitation.

The transition, coordinated by the Poggi e Associati firm (with a team led by Emanuele Gnugnoli and including Tommaso Sacchi, Marella Lavarone, and Massimo Castiglioni), reinforces the course 'followed so far with discipline and determination by the shipyard'.
