The Italian Sea Group has appointed a new CFO
Fabio Zanobini is the new CFO. Elena Bocchino has been appointed internal audit manager at Peak Compliance Srl.
Yacht and superyacht shipyard The Italian Sea Group announced that its Board of Directors, meeting today, "resolved to appoint Fabio Zanobini—with whom the company has signed a letter of appointment regarding the appointment of the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective April 20, 2026—as the Manager responsible for preparing the accounting and corporate documents pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998, and Article 19 of the Articles of Association, also for the purposes of the certification referred to in paragraph 5-ter, granting him the organizational, signature, and certification powers required by applicable law and the Articles of Association."
Zanobini has extensive experience in administration, finance, and control, gained in industrial and multinational groups, including listed companies. In recent years, he has served as CFO and Group CFO at Tecno SpA and Neodecortech SpA—companies listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange—and previously held senior positions at BT Italia and Sorgenia.
The Board of Directors also resolved to appoint Peak Compliance Srl as internal audit manager, appointing Dr. Elena Bocchino as an external individual with adequate professionalism, independence, and organization for the next 12 months.
