Change of ownership for the Benetti Diamond 44M Watercolors
Delivered in 2022, the yacht stands out for its above-average internal volume for the category and a propulsion system optimised for long distances

Watercolors, a 44-meter yacht delivered by the Benetti shipyard in 2022, formerly known as Lucky Wave, was sold following negotiations between brokerage firms BehneMar, on the buyer's side, and Denison Yachting, on the seller's side.
Part of Benetti's Diamond 145 series, this vessel stands out for its 456GT interior volume, exceeding the segment's standard. Built with a fiberglass hull and superstructure and teak-finished decks, its naval architecture was developed entirely by the Benetti technical office, with exterior design by Giorgio M. Cassetta and interiors by Salvagni Architetti.
At 44,2 meters long and with a beam of 9 meters, the yacht accommodates twelve guests in five cabins, with a full-beam master suite (located on the main deck) and four guest cabins on the lower deck, as well as a crew of eight in dedicated quarters. Outside, the professionally configured areas include an alfresco dining area for 12, a dedicated bar area, and a hot tub on the foredeck.
The propulsion system and sailing capabilities are configured for long-distance cruising. Diamond 45 is equipped with two Caterpillar engines, allowing it to reach a top speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots, and a range of 3.800 miles at 11 knots.
The last known price of this Benetti Diamond 145 before the sale was $23,9 million.
