Ferretti Group announced that net revenues for 2025 amounted to 1,231 billion euros (up 5% compared to 2024), adjusted EBITDA was 202,8 million (up 6,7%), with a margin of 16,5% (up 30 basis points compared to 2024), net profit was 90,1 million (+2,2%), order intake was 1,13 billion euros (in line with 2024), the order book reached 1,715 billion (up 14,5% compared to 30 September 2025 and 3,1% compared to 2024), while the Net backlog was 828,6 million at 31 December 2025 (up 4,3% compared to 30 September 2025), finally the net financial position was 1.13 billion euros (in line with 2024). 111,0 million euros (as of December 31, 2025, an increase of approximately 45,8 million compared to September 30, 2025).

Alberto Galassi, CEO of the group, stated that "2025 was a challenging year for the global nautical industry, and in selective contexts, companies with industrial vision, financial discipline, and strategic coherence emerge. We achieved all the objectives we set ourselves, correctly interpreting market trends, thus achieving excellent results: revenues grew beyond the reference sector and margins improved significantly. In an industry where reputation cannot be improvised, we continue to consolidate our leadership in highly profitable segments, maintaining a rigorous balance between growth and the quality of our order book." Galassi then added: "We don't work to make more boats, we work to make better boats, with increasingly distinctive technological, design, and stylistic content, capable of attracting even the most selective clientele. The objective and the choices implemented with consistency and vision by management remain clear: profitable growth, industry leadership, and value creation for all stakeholders."
