Benetti sells the first hull of the new Motopanfilo 45M
The deal was handled by Divo Yacht and Mare Port Digital. The vessel is under construction; its international debut will take place during the 2027 Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The Benetti shipyard has sold the first hull of the new Motopanfilo 45M series, a project born in 2023 and officially presented during the 2024 Monaco Yacht Show. The deal was concluded between the brokerage firms Divo Yacht, of Volga Diaugo, based in Imperia, and Mare Port Digital of Yauheniya Kuzmitch, both representing the private owner.
Built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, the superyacht draws inspiration from the historic Motopanfilo shipyard, reinterpreted with a contemporary twist. The exterior lines are by British studio RWD, while the interior and exterior design are by Lazzarini & Pickering. The naval architecture was developed by Azimut|Benetti's R&D department in collaboration with Pierluigi Ausonio.
The main innovation on board is the introduction of the Veranda Deck concept, patented by Benetti, a solution that allows the main deck lounge to open completely on three sides to create a large veranda seamlessly connected to the outside, overlooking an infinity pool.
"There's something special about the new hull; it sets the tone for the entire series," commented Volga Diaugo. Meanwhile, Yauheniya Kuzmitch, emphasizing her pride in being involved in the sale of the first unit, said: "We're delighted with the process and even more so with the owner." Both expressed their appreciation for the professionalism of the Benetti team.
The Motopanfilo 45M has an overall length of 44,55 metres, a maximum beam of 9,10 metres and a draft of 2,45 metres, for a full load displacement of 430 tonnes.
Inside, it can accommodate up to 10 guests in five cabins, plus nine crew members in five additional cabins. Among the distinctive features of this series' layout is a master suite measuring over 60 square meters.
On the propulsion front, the first hull of the series is equipped with a pair of Man engines that allow the yacht to reach a top speed of 15 knots and guarantees a transoceanic range of 4.100 nautical miles at 10 knots.
The vessel is currently under construction. Its international debut is already scheduled for the 2027 Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix.
