Sunseeker Ocean Enclosed 90 –

Sunseeker International, the historic British shipyard, currently majority-owned by Italians following its recent acquisition by the Orienta fund, has officially announced the delivery in Asia of the fourth unit in the 90 Ocean Enclosed series.

The operation was completed in collaboration with Dch Marine, the brand's reference dealer for the Asia-Pacific region.

The young owner, the shipyard explains, is already on his third Sunseeker in just three years; the previous one was a 76 Yacht. With the new 90 Ocean Enclosed, he's preparing for a voyage that, starting from Taiwan, will take him to Japan, the Philippines, and Indonesia before reaching Australia.

The 27,1-meter yacht embodies the technical evolution of the Ocean range, developed to combine maximizing interior volume with high marine performance. This model stands out for its upper deck configuration, featuring a fully enclosed wheelhouse. This choice goes beyond aesthetics to meet practical functional needs: the superstructure protects the helm station from the elements, ensuring full operability, safety, and comfort in all weather conditions that can occur on demanding voyages.

The 90 Ocean platform was specifically designed for long-range cruising. The hull was engineered to handle complex crossings, ensuring the stability and range needed to cover long distances without frequent stopovers. The interior layout was also designed to accommodate extended stays on board, balancing technical areas and functional living spaces.

In terms of propulsion, the Ocean 90 Enclosed series is powered by a pair of Man engines, which allow a top speed of 27 knots and guarantee a range of approximately 1.100 nautical miles at economical cruising speed, confirming this model's vocation as an explorer.
