New Ownership for the 50-Meter Rossinavi Hybrid No Stress
The deal for the sale of the first unit of the BluE project, which combines sporty lines and artificial intelligence, has been closed internally by Morley Yachts

The superyacht No Stress has undergone a change of ownership. The 49,9-meter vessel, delivered by Rossinavi in the summer of 2023, was sold through in-house negotiations conducted by the brokerage firm Morley Yachts. At the time of the transaction, the last known asking price on the market was €30,9 million.
No Stress represents a technological milestone for the Viareggio-based shipyard. It is the first vessel launched under the aegis of the BluE initiative, Rossinavi's sustainability-focused design philosophy. The heart of the system is the hybrid propulsion system: a dual-fuel setup (diesel and battery pack) governed by proprietary artificial intelligence. The AI monitors consumption in real time and manages five operating modes, optimizing energy efficiency both at sea and during anchorage, where emissions and noise can be eliminated.
Built on an all-aluminum Fast Displacement platform, with naval architecture by Arrabito Naval Architects, the yacht boasts impressive performance. Power comes from a pair of MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines (2 x 1939 kW), capable of taking the vessel to a top speed of 20,5 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. Sailing in full displacement trim at 10 knots, No Stress has a range of up to 5.300 nautical miles (with a 10% reserve), ensuring transatlantic operations.
The aesthetic, curated by Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design, recalls the automotive world with sleek profiles and large floor-to-ceiling windows. Despite its 8,9-meter length and beam, the design was calibrated to remain within the 498 GT threshold, offering the regulatory advantages of vessels under 500 tons. On board, there is room for 10 guests (split between a master suite on the main deck, two VIP cabins, a double cabin, and a twin cabin) and 9 crew members. Among the distinguishing features requested by the first owner are the 10-square-meter pool in the bow and a DJ station overlooking the aft beach club. The vessel is RINA classified and compliant with the MCA LY3 code.
