A new project has begun at Seven Stars Marina & Shipyard, led by Davide Mugnaini. OnboardExpress, a store dedicated exclusively to captains of vessels in the yard, has opened within the Tombolo (Pisa) facility. The initiative's goal is to provide yachts undergoing refit—from 20 to 70 meters—with access to supplies and equipment literally "zero meter."
"Since December," explains General Manager Martina Bartelloni, "Seven Stars, in collaboration with Leghorn Yacht Chandler, has opened the OnboardExpress sales point. The primary goal is to fully meet our customers' needs, enhancing the efficiency and speed of onboard operations and offering captains and crews a direct point of contact within the shipyard."
The showroom, managed by manager Silvia Petruccione, serves not only as a display space but also as a warehouse for essential materials. This provides a dual benefit: it allows captains to physically view the products and eliminates waiting times for essential supplies, simplifying the critical phases of the refit.
"One month after opening, the results are extremely positive," Silvia Petruccione confirms. "The feedback we've received highlights the project's effectiveness and the appreciation it has received from industry professionals, who recognize OnboardExpress as a reliable partner."
Among the products, the custom-made mooring line, entirely Made in Italy and synonymous with high quality, is proving particularly successful. Maintenance supplies, consumables, and technical clothing, essential in this phase of preparation for the nautical season, are also in high demand.
"All of this was possible thanks to our solid partnership with Leghorn Yacht Chandler," Bartelloni concludes, "who provided unwavering support throughout every phase of the initiative. Our shared goal is to be ever closer to captains and crew, offering concrete and timely solutions to support the yachting industry."
