Valentino also leaves behind the 46-meter yacht TM Blue One
It is a pleasure vessel designed by Gerardo Gilgenast and built by the Picchiotti shipyard in 1988, refitted in more recent years by Lusben

The passing at 93 of designer Valentino Garavani, founder of the luxury fashion house Valentino, also brings with it a future succession of assets and a fortune worth over one and a half billion euros, which includes, in addition to various prestigious properties in Italy and around the world, a 46-meter yacht bearing the initials TM of his parents (Teresa and Mauro).
It's called TM Blue One and was built by the Picchiotti shipyard (a brand now part of The Italian Sea Group) in 1988 based on a design by Gerardo Gilgenast. It was bought from the lease by Valentino in early 1994 and is currently controlled and managed by Seaboats Srl.
Naval tracking systems placed it (at least until a few weeks ago) in Viareggio, moored alongside the Regina d'Italia, another giga yacht (on sale since last summer) which in turn is headed by the designer Stefano Gabbana.
The TM Blue One has an annual operating cost of around 2 million euros and a market value of approximately 12,4 million euros, according to an appraisal by the technical office of Captain Alberto Bertacca, a professional who passed away last April and founded a maritime agency in Viareggio specializing in pleasure boats.
It was initially 41 metres long but subsequently underwent a major refit at the Lusben shipyard in Viareggio which, among other interventions, brought its hull length to 46,27 metres.
Seaboats Srl, whose sole director is Piero Villani, is based in Rome at Via Condotti 11 and its business is the rental of crewed maritime and river transport.
