Benetti Appoints Angel Zhou as President of Sales for Asia

Benetti Shipyard announces Angel Zhou's appointment as President of Sales for Asia, effective November 15, 2025. With this move, the shipyard intends to strengthen its management structure and its commitment to a market it identifies as crucial for future development.
In her role, Angel Zhou will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing, sales, and customer service activities across the Asia Pacific region.
Angel Zhou has nearly twenty years of experience in the luxury yachting industry. Her resume includes an active role in organizing the China Cup International Regatta in 2007. Subsequently, at Simpson Marine, she led the group's expansion in China, opening five subsidiaries and rising to the position of Group Vice President. Her career, the statement explains, has been instrumental in the internationalization of the Chinese yachting industry, working closely with the industry's leading global brands.
Benetti explained the choice by emphasizing that the manager's expertise in managing local markets and providing top-level client support is essential to leading Benetti Asia and that these skills are considered key factors for success in a market that rewards a personalized approach and understanding of regional dynamics.
Daniela Petrozzi, Benetti's Chief Commercial Officer, commented on the appointment, emphasizing Asia's cultural dynamism. "Asia is not only a rapidly growing area in terms of volume, but also a context where design expectations and lifestyle aspirations are rapidly changing," stated Petrozzi.
