The new 40-meter Presence has been launched by Cantiere delle Marche.

Cantiere delle Marche announces the launch of the 40-meter explorer yacht Presence, the flagship of the Acciaio series. The yacht, according to a press release, perfectly embodies CDM's philosophy, combining the reliability and robustness typical of explorer vessels with a sophisticated and distinctive design.
The launch of Presence "once again confirms the vitality and creative energy of Cantiere delle Marche," said Vasco Buonpensiere, co-founder and CEO of CdM. "Our shipyard continues to demonstrate its ability to interpret and redefine the concept of an explorer yacht in multiple ways, while remaining faithful to the values that have always distinguished our creations: quality, reliability, and robustness."
The Acciaio 130 is a four-deck vessel distinguished by its naval architecture and exploration-focused design. The exterior, designed by Hydro Tec, combines strength and sophistication. The bow is imposing and flared, designed to handle rough seas, while the waterline slopes gently for an elegant nautical style. The interiors, designed by Giorgio M. Cassetta, were conceived to be "contemporary and fresh, never pretentious or formal," as the designer himself stated, creating a welcoming and distinctive atmosphere, "balancing comfort and personality in a pleasantly relaxed environment."
Presence is just over 40 meters long, 8 meters wide, and displaces approximately 388 tons. Built for long-range efficiency, the explorer features a highly efficient hull with a bulbous bow optimized for minimal fuel consumption while ensuring smooth cruising and maximum comfort. For propulsion, the yacht is equipped with two 749 kW Man D2862LE engines, equipped with a catalytic reduction system compliant with IMO Tier III standards. With a fuel capacity of over 54.000 liters, the Acciaio 130 boasts a range of approximately 5.000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Presence is the third Acciaio model built in collaboration with project manager Richard Kaye of Arcon Yachts.
