After the launch at the beginning of June, the super yacht Cabana, the 34,5 metre explorer of the Atlante Classic 35 series built by Atlas Yachts, was officially delivered to its owner.

Cabana, formerly hull number Nb111, a note recalls, is built by the Mengi Yay Yachts shipyard in Turkey, and stands out for its steel hull and an aluminum superstructure capable of combining robustness and refinement.

“Cabana is the result of a fruitful collaboration, hard work, and mutual trust. It is a truly special project that reflects our shipyard's passion for yacht building. The yacht, which showcases our engineering capabilities and specialized manufacturing expertise, was designed to meet our client's every expectation,” commented Hüseyin Mengi, president of Mengi Yay Yachts.

Cabana's exterior and interior design were handled by Paolo Dose of Trieste-based Vyd Studio, who transformed an initial 33-meter concept into a 330 GT explorer yacht. Dose expressed his gratitude to the yacht's owners "for their incredible involvement and with whom we have formed a wonderful partnership that will continue long after M/Y Cabana's maiden voyage." The designer also praised the work of the Mengi Yay team "for the construction 'inside and out,' executed to the highest international standards." He also thanked the design team, who worked tirelessly on every detail, as well as the naval architects, who ensured "M/Y Cabana is not only a seaworthy oceangoing vessel, but also luxurious, elegant, and practical."

The naval architecture, entrusted to Giuseppe Arrabito of Livorno-based Arrabito Naval Architects, "ensures the superyacht's ocean-going capabilities, stability, and a design that is both luxurious and extremely practical." Project management services for Atlante Yachts were overseen by Fatih Dalkiran of Turkish Maritime Consultancy Antalyachts. The order for NB111 came from an experienced Northern European client, who was supported and represented throughout the construction process by Mark Seaton of the yacht brokerage firm Yacht.

M/Y Cabana, with an overall length of 34,5 meters and a beam of 8,24 meters, boasts a gross tonnage of 330 GT, making it a leader in its category, Atlante Yacht explains in the press release. Her voluminous design includes five en-suite cabins, ample storage space, a well-equipped beach club, and generous outdoor decks. Designed for long-range navigation, the Atlante Classic 35 offers a range of over 4.000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots, with a top speed of 14 knots. She is powered by twin Volvo Penta D16 850 engines (IMO Tier 3 compliant) and equipped with CMC Marine LR 90 electric stabilizers. She has a RINA C✠ Hull ● Mach classification for short-range commercial service.

The statement concludes that Cabana is expected to sail the Mediterranean this summer.
