Navigo approves its 2024 budget and presents its strategy for the future of the Tuscan nautical district.
The company closes with a constantly growing profit and plans, among other actions, to strengthen the network with new offices and digital skills and to consolidate the internationalization activity towards key markets.

The Shareholders' Meeting of Navigo, a service center for innovation in the nautical industry, was held yesterday. The 2024 financial statements were approved and the strategic vision for the coming years was outlined. Navigo closed 2024 with consolidated revenues exceeding €2,7 million and steadily growing profits, "confirming its position as a benchmark in promoting innovation, training, and internationalization in the nautical sector, while also consolidating the value of its subsidiaries and managed companies, including Navigo International, Tyt, and Isyl," a statement explains.
More specifically, the financial statements show that over the course of the year, the value of business services increased by 13,4%, while training activities are currently involving over 300 students through the programs offered by Isyl and Tyt. Events also play a key role, contributing 28% of the 2025 forecast and confirming their strategic role in increasing international visibility, boosting companies' competitive positioning, and attracting investment.
The 2025–2030 strategic plan was also updated during the meeting. This plan includes strengthening the network with new offices and digital capabilities, consolidating internationalization efforts in key markets such as Miami, Singapore, Port Said, and Dubai, continuing sustainable projects such as Progetto Cielo—recognized with the 2024 Blue Ambassador Award—and strengthening the training offering with new courses and facilities dedicated to nautical professions.
During the Assembly, the importance of accelerating the "sea route" was reiterated as a necessary and strategic axis for strengthening the nautical sector and developing integrated logistics, capable of supporting the district's growth prospects and consolidating its position on international markets. This is because, Navigo continues, the district is experiencing a crucial phase in terms of production volumes, and it is no longer possible to wait.
Discussions between partners and businesses ultimately highlighted the need for structural intervention to ensure accessibility and adequate port infrastructure, starting with Viareggio. The district's growth requires integrated logistics capable of sustaining demand and supporting the development of the entire supply chain.
"Navigo's strength lies in its ability to work collaboratively," declared President Katia Balducci, "creating value not only for its members but for the entire Tuscan nautical district, with an increasingly international and sustainable strategic vision."
"Navigo," the statement concludes, "has finally confirmed its commitment to accessing global markets, developing energy communities, and engaging with local institutions, reaffirming its leading role in the nautical industry of the future."
