Exilencer filters, less exhaust fumes and noise
Danish technology offers filtration systems for yachts that reduce particulate matter (98%), carbon monoxide (99%) and nitrogen oxides (20%), while also reducing noise emissions by 35 dB

The Danish company Exilator produces a range of exhaust gas filtration systems with integrated silencers. Exilencer filters reduce unburned gases and particulates by up to 99%, while also reducing exhaust fumes and noise, improving environmental friendliness and comfort aboard yachts and superyachts. Consisting of a silencer, ExiBlock ceramic blocks, and a nitrogen oxide catalyst, according to the company's data, they reduce soot by 98%, carbon monoxide by 99%, noise emissions by 35 dB, and nitrogen oxide content by 20%. The filters are suitable for both new builds and retrofits and can be used on all four-stroke marine diesel engines. Maintenance is simple thanks to the real-time monitoring system. Exilator products are distributed in Italy by Saim Group.
