A 36,2-metre Maiora superyacht has been sold under an in-house deal with brokerage firm North Star Yachting, who represented both the buyer and seller throughout the negotiations.
With an exterior designed by Quartostile and naval architecture by the Maiora shipyard, the yacht was delivered in 2017.
Built in Kevlar-reinforced fiberglass to RINA standards, the flybridge yacht has an interior volume of 273 GT and can accommodate ten guests in five cabins, with the master stateroom on the main deck featuring a private study and a large sun terrace, and four more on the lower deck. Harmony also offers accommodation for a crew of seven. Her large interior volume is particularly noticeable in the main deck saloon.
Outside, on the superyacht's sundeck, there is a Jacuzzi at the stern, a cocktail bar, and an area equipped for outdoor dining.
Harmony, renamed Perseus, is powered by two MTU engines. Its last price was €8.370.000.
