Rebuilt after a fire in Dubrovnik in 2018, the superyacht will be delivered in early summer and will operate on charter.

The 40,9-metre superyacht, originally named 'Kanga' and delivered by Cerri Cantieri Navali in 2018, has completed her technical trials after much of her structure was rebuilt following a fire that struck her that same year while she was in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Fortunately, the fire did not cause any injuries among the people on board – 9 guests and 4 crew members – who were evacuated by the Fire Brigade and the local Coast Guard.

The yacht suffered severe damage to its superstructure and interior, but the 40 tons of diesel fuel it was carrying did not spill, and therefore no harm was done to the marine environment. The hull was then towed to the nearby port of Prapratno for examination.

Characterized by very large internal volumes in relation to its length, the “light ice” class exploration superyacht was commissioned by an expert American owner in 2015 from Floating Life and designed in collaboration with the Sculli studio.

Bcc, report Nautipedia, started construction in January 2016 and launched it in May 2018. Unfortunately, 'Kanga' did not manage – due to the fire that occurred on September 18th – to have its world premiere at the Monaco Yacht Show 2018, scheduled that year from September 26th to 29th.

The 41-meter vessel, renamed Renata, underwent a rebuilding operation completed in 2024 and, in accordance with her owner's wishes, will be chartered out starting next July.

Renata stands out for her modern, elegant exterior and spacious, refined interior. With a gross tonnage of 499 GT, the superyacht boasts generous spaces: inside, there are six cabins that can accommodate up to 12 guests, including a master suite with a private deck, balcony, and whirlpool tub. She also offers accommodations for an 11-person crew. The elegant salon, with its open-plan design, provides seamless continuity between the interior and exterior spaces.

Outside, the Ccn superyacht features a sundeck with a shaded lounge area, a bar, a barbecue, and a hot tub. It also features a beach club, a sauna, and a large swimming platform that allows guests easy access to the water.

The maximum speed of this 41-meter superyacht built by Cerri Cantieri Navali is 12 knots.
