CMC Marine and Garmin join forces for integrated management of onboard systems.
The collaboration between the two companies expands the possibilities for captains and crews. Thanks to the interface with multifunction displays, control of stabilizer fins and steering gear becomes more intuitive, also improving safety.

CMC Marine further expands its partner portfolio by announcing a collaboration with electronics manufacturer Garmin. This new partnership follows those signed in recent months with Furuno and Raymarine, creating an increasingly broad and comprehensive range of services for captains and crews. Thanks to the DALI (display, assistance, logging interface), CMC Marine's stabilization and control systems are integrated with Garmin multifunction displays (MFDs).
This integration offers new opportunities for Garmin users, allowing them to view and control the company's systems directly on their multifunction displays. This technology allows real-time monitoring of fin movement and performance, selection of operating modes and parameters, and access to detailed information and alarm alerts in a simple, direct, and intuitive way. Furthermore, for vessels equipped with CMC Marine's Directa steering system, simplified management of rudder positions and operating mode selection is available.
Vice President Pietro Cappiello said: "CMC Marine's mission is to improve the experience and safety onboard yachts and superyachts, including by making our products easier to use and increasingly integrated with onboard systems. Collaborating with Garmin to integrate our systems with Garmin MFDs is a step towards offering our customers, crews, and owners a better navigation experience, while continuously innovating for the nautical industry."
