Denison Yachting forms dual alliance to bring Italian excellence to America
The U.S. brokerage firm has signed exclusive partnerships with Filippetti Yachts and Ocean King shipyards.
Denison Yachting, an international yacht brokerage firm, strengthens its position in the luxury market with two exclusive partnerships signed with the Italian shipyards Ocean King and Filippetti Yachts.
With the partnership with Ocean King, the company announced, Denison Yachting will extend the shipyard's representation throughout the Americas. Ocean King, with roots in the Adriatic Shipyard and extensive experience in building commercial vessels, custom yachts, and refits, will bring its expertise and commitment to building steel explorer yachts that combine the luxury of a superyacht with the robustness of a commercial vessel.
“We are thrilled to bring Ocean King yachts to the Americas,” said Peter Quintal, yacht broker at Denison Yachting. “Their build quality and extensive customization capabilities make them ideal for those seeking high-quality, long-range explorer yachts.”
Initial focus will be on the Ducale 120 (36m) and Doge 400 (40m) models, with delivery times of just 28 months from contract signing. Ocean King will also offer the option of custom projects up to 100 meters, thanks to the expansion of their shipyard with new construction facilities.

At the same time, through an exclusive agreement, Denison Yachting becomes the sole representative of Filippetti Yachts in North America, offering the company's full range of luxury yachts. The partnership introduces models ranging from 55 to 112 feet, including the Sport, Flybridge, and Navetta lines. Filippetti Yachts is renowned for its customization capabilities, attention to detail, and combination of high performance with elegant design—features appreciated by a discerning clientele.
