Highfield presents Adv 7, the crossover rib that meets fiberglass for the first time
The tender rib manufacturer, famous for its construction quality and seaworthiness, presented in Düsseldorf a model that is at the crossroads between pleasure craft, water sports and support vessel.

Düsseldorf (Germany) – The ADV 7 is the new RIB presented by Highfield at boot Düsseldorf, which enriches the range with a versatile model, suitable for families, sporting events and as a support vessel, as well as marking the first fiberglass hull from the Chinese shipyard, known instead for its aluminum hulls.
With approximately 54 boats built, Highfield Boats is now the world's leading manufacturer of rigid-hull RIB tenders and a global player in the 5-meter and larger segment. Its RIBs are distributed in over 45 countries through a global dealer network, ensuring Highfield owners have the support they need, always close at hand.
The new Adv 7 is a 7-meter crossover designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight people, ideal for both adventurous excursions and family leisure. Every detail of the Adv 7 has been crafted with a purpose, focusing on improving functionality, performance, usability, comfort, and quality, all while maintaining the Highfield's "rugged" identity and the 'rugged' look. The cockpit dimensions give the impression of being larger than they actually are, creating a spacious environment within a RIB that can easily be towed on a trailer by a family sedan or SUV.
ADV stands for "adventure," and unlike previous models, the tube is raised above the waterline. Previously, it was incorporated into the metal structure, resting on the waves as it turned, but now the hull is more boat-like (so much so that it's constructed of fiberglass) and the tube is raised higher, serving as a "natural fender" during docking and to help maintain trim in rough seas. The ADV 7 is perhaps the Chinese shipyard's "less dinghy and more boat" RIB, more suited to recreational use than professional use.
The deep-V hull has a 22-degree deadrise at the transom for greater stability. On deck, there are two sundecks fore and aft, served by a well-equipped galley, with a head hidden in the front console hatch (optional). An aft swim platform is also available. ADV 7 is the result of a collaboration between Highfield Boats, VOM Creations, and Alpha Studio of Ljubljana, under the supervision of renowned naval architect Andrej Justin.
Highfield's approach to design and construction allows owners, both recreational and commercial (many of them are used by police forces), to have the confidence to go that extra mile, to have the confidence to push themselves further and to tackle conditions that others avoid. From the Vendé
and Globe at the Invictus Games, Pan Am Games, Extreme Sailing Series, OR and Am Games, Extreme Sailing Series, ORC Championships, TP52 and Route Du Rhum, Highfield has been chosen repeatedly as a support boat for prestigious events around the world.
