Ernesto Solari Assicurazioni also moves to GBSapri
The historic Genoese insurance broker also has a market specialization in the nautical sector
The GBSapri Group has announced the completion of two acquisitions. The first involves the investment in Seabridge Insurance Broker, an insurance brokerage and consultancy firm specializing in Marine Cargo, Credit Insurance, and Fine Arts, based in Lugano. In 2024, the company managed insurance premiums of over €14 million and generated annual revenues of €3 million. The second involves the acquisition of Ernesto Solari Assicurazioni, a historic Genoese insurance brokerage and consultancy firm with forty years of experience and specializing in the nautical, logistics, steel, and tourism industries, with €90 million in insurance premiums managed and revenues of over €13 million.
The Seabridge Insurance Broker deal is GBSapri's third acquisition since Brera Partners acquired a stake. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed, but it was announced that Matteo Solari, CEO of Seabridge, will become a shareholder of the GBSapri Group.

The Ernesto Solari Assicurazioni transaction is GBSapri's second acquisition since Brera Partners acquired a stake. Following the investment, Luca Solari, CEO of Ernesto Solari Assicurazioni, and Tito Gherardi, the company's Chief of Travel Insurance, will become shareholders of the GBSapri Group. Luca Solari will also join the group's Board of Directors.
