Sanlorenzo – LaSpezia 2024 (Grandi)

Following the recent acquisitions of Simpson Marine—a leading yacht sales and service provider in the APAC region—and the Nautor Swan shipyard, a Finnish-based sailing yacht builder, Sanlorenzo has restructured the group's organizational structure.

Tommaso Vincenzi, as CEO of Sanlorenzo SpA, will manage and coordinate the Yacht and Superyacht business units through two steering committees, which will be responsible for defining and implementing the main strategic guidelines and development activities for the two businesses. Vincenzi joined Sanlorenzo in 2008 as Product Development Project Manager, consolidating his expertise in the company's operations. Until now, he has served as President of the Yacht business unit.

To foster ongoing synergy between Yachts and Superyachts, Sanlorenzo Sales Management has been established, headed by Vincenzo Soria as Sanlorenzo Chief Sales Officer. Soria has gained significant sales experience leading VMarine in the key markets of France, Monaco, and Northwest Italy, and will contribute to the development of commercial strategies, including through direct and functional coordination of the various geographical areas, as well as Sanlorenzo's brand representatives.

Finally, the Corporate General Management has been established and entrusted to Pier Francesco Acquaviva, who joined Sanlorenzo in 2022 as Group HR Director. The following year, he joined this role as Head of Sustainability, an area of great strategic importance for the group. In his role, Acquaviva is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the corporate functions, with responsibilities across the business units, reporting to the following functions: Group AFC, M&A, and Investor Relations, which continues to be headed by Group CFO Attilio Bruzzese; Group Corporate Integration and Strategic Projects; Group HR & Organization; Group ICGT; Group Legal and Corporate Affairs; and Group Sustainability. Furthermore, Attilio Bruzzese has been confirmed unchanged as the manager responsible for preparing corporate accounting documents pursuant to Article 154-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF), with unchanged powers, duties, and responsibilities.

Regarding the business units, new ones will be added to the existing ones, with a corresponding distribution of management responsibilities. The following is a summary of the new organizational structure, reporting directly to Massimo Perotti, Chairman and CEO of the Sanlorenzo Group: Sanlorenzo, which encompasses the Yacht and Superyacht divisions, will be headed by Tommaso Vincenzi; Bluegame will remain in the hands of Carla Demaria; Nautor Swan will continue to be led by Giovanni Pomati; and High-End Service and Charter Fleet will remain under Luca Cristino.
