Magnisi and Bicchierri present two new Tureddi projects on display at the Monaco Yacht Show.
The 50-metre Hyper and the 40-metre Ultra have been entrusted exclusively for sale to Dome Yachts Italy of Flavio Domenici

Tureddi Yachts returned to the Cannes Yachting Festival with its own stand, after celebrating the launch of its new brand last year from the Majestic's dock in the renowned French Riviera resort. On this occasion, Danilo Magnisi, Sales Director of Tureddi Yachts, along with architect Antonio Bicchierri, with twenty years of experience designing pleasure craft up to 82 meters, previewed at SUPER YACHT 24 the two new projects that the shipyard, led by President Alessandro Tureddi, will officially unveil in just over a week at the Monaco Yacht Show.
You're presenting two new projects to your clients and consultants these days; what's the response been so far?
Danilo Magnisi: "The two projects, a 40-meter vessel called Ultra and a 50-meter vessel called Hyper 50, are enjoying enormous success, as they perfectly meet current market demands. The careful analysis of existing vessels of similar size, conducted by architect Bicchierri before the design phase, allowed us to fill the gap in the current offering, allowing us to optimize both models with every possible improvement."
Can you describe the characteristics of the two yachts?
Antonio Bicchierri: "Both models feature a fairly similar and consistent style, so the possibility of expanding the range in the near future cannot be ruled out. They stand out for their captivating and clean silhouette, in which bold, sharp volumes are defined by taut, dynamic ribs that run along the entire profile, recalling organic forms. This gives both yachts a powerful, high-performance presence. The light graphics on the sides express energy and dynamism, without being aggressive.
The long, tapered stern accentuates the sense of movement, highlighting the yachts' forms and fluid lines. The exquisite balance of proportions was achieved thanks to a design approach that, unlike usual, was conceived from the outset as a three-dimensional drawing.
Both models incorporate solutions already seen on other boats, but they stand out above all for their different interpretations, both functionally and aesthetically. For example, the folding stern bulwarks, now present on many projects and builds, have been revisited and optimized here. Not only do they offer ample additional space surrounding the side sunbathing seats, but their edges, in addition to instilling safety, also allow them to be used as seats; this is from a functional perspective. Aesthetically, when closed, these bulwarks integrate perfectly with the yacht's line, and the holes in their surfaces eliminate the visual obstruction effect when the bulwark is raised.
Could the dynamic and fluid forms of the two projects pose a complication for the construction site?
DM: "Certainly, these shapes require considerable craftsmanship on the part of the shipyard. However, with over forty years of experience behind them, Tureddi is perfectly equipped to meet this challenge."
Regarding the interior and exterior of this line: what are the standout elements?
AB: “The interior layout is characterized by a simple and regular design, oriented toward pure minimalism. The interior spaces are thus obtained more by subtraction of space than by simple functional addition. Both projects feature spacious areas for both the cabins and for the circulation of guests and crew throughout the ship, surrounded by compartments and lockers that optimize life on board.
Spread across three decks, the shared guest spaces flow seamlessly, creating airy, uniform, and geometrically regular spaces where light and materials interact and interact with the surrounding environment. The furnishings are mostly freestanding, chosen and designed according to the owner's style and taste.
Outside, large spaces – some of which can be transformed thanks to the movement of the side bulwarks – are dedicated to relaxation and conviviality, both at water level and on the upper decks”.
As sales director, how do you think the market will respond to these projects?
DM: "Selling an object costing around twenty million euros is always complex, but it becomes much easier if the person selling it already really likes it. Furthermore, the selection of these projects was overseen by our president, Alessandro Tureddi, the youngest president in Europe in the yacht building sector, and therefore capable of understanding and communicating effectively with an increasingly younger clientele in the yachting industry, who are turning to less traditional models."
Looking to the very near future, what are Tureddi Yachts' next steps?
DM: “Currently, in addition to presenting his new project, for which Dome Yachts Italy of Flavio Domenici has the exclusive, which architect Bicchierri introduced us to, Tureddi will announce in Monaco the co-Centralization of the project with a major international player, which will ensure simultaneous promotion of our projects on a global scale, with particular attention to Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.”
