Cantiere delle Marche: 12 contracts signed in the first seven months of the year
A market update for the shipyard founded by Ennio Cecchini and Vasco Buonpensiere. A total of 49 boats have been sold, and, surprisingly, Italy leads the way with eight units.

In addition to presenting the new Raw project, the press conference at the Cannes Yachting Festival was an opportunity to take stock of the market situation, as presented by the shipyard's co-founder and CEO, Vasco Buonpensiere.
“In the first seven months of this year, since the market began to slow, we've signed 12 contracts totaling half a kilometer in length and 5 GT, an incredible achievement. We currently have 20 yachts under contract or under construction, totaling 800 meters in length and 8 GT. I'm proud to still have two Darwin Class yachts under construction, which is our signature yacht and, after all these years, is still appreciated worldwide, and we build them for owners from a wide variety of backgrounds. Of these 20 yachts, four are part of the Deep Blue line, which began with the M/Y Acala; we also have five Flexplorers, two RJ Class yachts, and as many Nauta Airs. We also have four One-Offs, a great way for our team to learn a new language, open their minds, and take on new challenges. Finally, we've just signed the first contract for the new Raw yacht, an exciting start for the project.”
How are boats distributed around the world?
"To date, we've sold 49 boats, 12 of which in the final months of the year alone. We have 23 boats in Europe, and Italy leads the way with eight models, which may sound strange because it's usually said that megayachts sell best outside your own borders. England is second with six boats, followed by Germany with three. We have ten boats in Central and South America, six in North America, three in Canada, four in Australia, and two in the Middle East."
