Quick Group presents the Airlock pantograph door and the Riviera anchoring system
The new products for the superyacht sector are the automatic pantograph door with airlock seal and the Riviera series of capstan and anchor winches

Following the strategic acquisitions of Nemo and Sanguineti in 2023, Quick Group presented the first concrete results of a year of research and product development in the superyacht sector at the Cannes Yachting Festival. Among the new products showcased at the French show were the automatic pantograph door with airlock seal (Nemo) and the new Riviera series capstan and anchor winches (Sanguineti).
The Airlock Nemo pantograph door is designed for side access openings and features an automatically inflatable airlock seal that ensures a watertight seal. The system is powered by a 24V DC unit operated from a push-button control panel. Its design is customizable, allowing it to adapt to the specific dimensions and shapes of the yacht, with finishes, including the seal itself, that can match the color and interior of the vessel. The seal reduces heat exchange between the interior and exterior, improving the vessel's energy efficiency, and can be manually inflated in the event of a power outage.
Lorenzo Cesari, Head of Sales for Quick Group's Superyacht division, explained: "Although there are applications for very heavy transom doors, this is the first time a similar technology has been applied to a pantograph side door. We decided to develop this project not only because we have the in-house expertise and the engineering and manufacturing capabilities to make it happen, but also because it's a unique opportunity to introduce a new product to the superyacht sector, where the demand for quality and functionality is particularly high. We are able to fully meet these needs; 90% of the Nemo range is custom-made for our customers to meet their specific size and finish requirements."

Sanguineti's new range of windlasses and capstans is designed for all operating conditions and is intended for yachts up to 70 meters in length. The Riviera series models feature AISI 316 stainless steel bases and gearboxes with excellent anti-corrosion properties, ensuring lightweight and robust construction. The range offers variable power outputs from 3,5kW to 15kW, is compatible with chains from 12mm to 26mm, and includes vertical models, available with or without drums, all equipped with an integrated sensor and chain counter magnet. Each model can be customized to meet the specific needs of shipyards, with bespoke color and configuration options. Lorenzo Cesari further explains: "Sanguineti boasts 65 years of history as a windlass manufacturer, and many of its products are still in operation on yachts after more than 40 years. We have leveraged this solid background, combining it with Quick Group's experience to offer solutions for yachts from 20 to 70 meters."
On the sidelines of the press conference held at the Cannes Yachting Festival, SUPER YACHT 24 met with Chiara Marzucco, the group's marketing director, for an interview about the company's future prospects.
"Having completed the acquisitions of Nemo and Sanguineti and having had a year of preparation to create real synergies allows us today, in a difficult moment for a certain market segment, to be stronger. In fact, we have companies that previously had limited market penetration, now have the potential to serve the entire world by drawing on our Quick sales network, especially for certain types of products, so these are destined to grow. For example, Nemo hasn't been present at boat shows since 2004, this is the first one it's participated in in twenty years; it had no sales network or technical support, it can only grow. Quick, on the other hand, will suffer a little more; its Nautical Equipment and Marine Lighting brands are tied to a rather small segment and have significant market saturation, and one less boat sold means one less product, obviously. But everything else has great growth potential, and for us this has been a positive year considering everything we've done. There has certainly not been the growth we expected and thought, but we are in line with last year and it goes "Good, considering the context. We're also fortunate to have healthy clients."
