In 2025 Portosole Marina di Sanremo will host the Myba
After the 2024 event in Genoa, defined as memorable by the association, Myba moves to Sanremo where it will be able to reap the fruits of last year and expand further

The next Myba Boat Show will be held in Portosole Marina, Sanremo, not Genoa. This decision was made by the Myba association's board of directors after listening to suggestions from its members, the Myba Charter Show participants, and the public interested in the event. The choice fell, among other things, on the port that first hosted the show.
The 2024 edition, held last April in Genoa at Marina Molo Vecchio in collaboration with Pesto Sea Group, marked the event's return to Italy after several years in Barcelona, and was described by Myba as memorable. The decision to move the show to Sanremo—the press release explains—is largely due to the need to hold it in a port with more berths, given that demand is growing and the importance of expanding the event.
Raphael Sauleau, President of Myba, expressed the Association's gratitude, stating: "Deciding between the two marinas was not easy, as both offer excellent facilities and professional teams to host the Myba show. However, after much consideration, we have reached an agreement to host our 2025 show in Portosole – Sanremo. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the City of Genoa, the marina management, and the Pesto Sea Group for their support in the success of the Myba Charter Show 2024. We look forward to welcoming our members and the yachts present in Sanremo from April 28th to May 1st, 2025."
Gunes Aysun, Chairman of the MYBA Charter Show Panel, reiterated: “We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 MYBA Charter Show will be hosted in the beautiful city of Sanremo, Italy. Known for its stunning marina and vibrant atmosphere, we believe Sanremo will be the perfect venue for our next show, which promises to offer an unforgettable experience for all attendees. We also wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to the city of Genoa, the marina management, and the Pesto Sea Group for the success and memorable nature of the 2024 MYBA Charter Show. They have set a high standard, and we look forward to building on this success in Sanremo.”
Fabio Pesto responded by stating: “We want to thank Myba for choosing Genoa as the 2024 venue. We knew it would be a challenge. After years abroad, major changes in our industry, and the pandemic, we couldn't have taken the Show for granted that it would be a success. Indeed, it was one of the most successful shows, especially in terms of brokers and yacht attendance. I would like to personally thank the teams at Marina Molo Vecchio and Pesto Sea Group for their dedication and for confirming our Marina as one of the best locations to host important events like the MCS. We are very proud of the results achieved and take this opportunity to thank the Genoa Yachting Association, the Mayor, and the entire city for their enthusiastic welcome. We wish Myba many fruitful future events and look forward to seeing you back where the Show began so many years ago!”
