The collaboration between Riva and Officina Italiana Design has been renewed.
Exclusive partnership expected until 2030

The collaboration between Riva and Officina Italiana Design, which began in 1994, will continue until 2030, thanks to the renewal signed recently.
The renewal of the exclusive collaboration agreement for the next five years was signed in the presence of Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group, and the founders of Officina Italiana Design, Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, "and consolidates a historic partnership, born from the shared desire to create iconic Riva boats, a true symbol of global yachting, that perpetuate a primacy of beauty and elegance," the shipyard announced in a statement.
The new contract was signed inside the Bridge, Engineer Carlo Riva's historic office at the Riva shipyard in Sarnico.
"Officina Italiana Design is a highly innovative Renaissance workshop that has discovered the formula for timeless elegance. Here in Sarnico, where it all began, we have signed an exclusive agreement that will result in marvelous boats, unparalleled in their craftsmanship, style, and design, all Made in Italy," commented Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group. "2030 is a magnificent horizon of beauty and research, toward which the Riva masterpieces of tomorrow are already sailing."
“Renewing this collaboration for another five years not only represents the consolidation of a professional bond that has lasted decades, but is also further confirmation that Riva is now part of Mauro and my personal and emotional history,” commented Sergio Beretta, CEO of Officina Italiana Design.
“This is a partnership we are particularly proud of, and this timeframe is significant for continuing a major development plan in which we are confident we will face new and exciting challenges,” added Mauro Micheli, Chief Designer of Officina Italiana Design.
