A.Ma.Di. and Yachtie Lab join forces in Lavagna to promote recreational boating careers.

During a recent Open Day at the Ligurian tourist port, the two entities created an opportunity for aspiring seafarers and long-time seafarers to meet and have a concrete discussion about the various aspects of this job.

An Open Day organized by A.Ma.Di. and Yachtie Lab to promote recreational boating careers in Italy was held at the Lavagna marina in the Gulf of Tigullio, in the province of Genoa.

The two organizations, comments Paolo Blaffard, president of A.Ma.Di., have joined forces to promote and support new generations of maritime professionals, offering them comprehensive training and privileged access to job opportunities in the sector.

A.Ma.Di., Blaffard explains in his statement, is an association with 28 years of experience in the professional yachting sector, "representing a pillar of tradition and solidity in the Italian maritime landscape. Its approach is classic yet effective, providing its members with a consolidated network of contacts and in-depth knowledge of the sector, ensuring solidity and reliability in an environment where safety and expertise are paramount."

Yachtie Lab, the statement continues, is a young and dynamic training project aimed at new generations of sea enthusiasts. Led by Ilaria Rossi, an expert in the nautical sector, it offers online theoretical training courses aimed at the main onboard roles, such as steward and hostess, but not only, with a practical and innovative approach.

The collaboration between A.Ma.Di. and Yachtie Lab "therefore represents a tangible example of the union between consolidated experience and innovation and a synergy between two complementary entities through which Yachtie Lab course participants benefit not only from training but also from privileged access to the network of contacts and job opportunities offered by A.Ma.Di," the statement concludes.
