The 112-meter Renaissance gigayacht spotted in Genoa
Delivered last year by the Spanish shipyard Fraire Shipyard, the yacht carries out charter activities in the Mediterranean

The 112-meter giga yacht Renaissance was spotted in Genoa waters yesterday. Its presence in the area was also confirmed by the Vessel Finder website, which recorded it sailing at 12,5 knots toward Golfo Aranci, Sardinia, around 2:30 PM yesterday. The website also lists the Renaissance's last ports of call in Genoa on March 17 and 20.
The ship was delivered in June 2023 by the Spanish shipyard Freire Shipyard. Designed by London-based Bannenberg & Rowell Design, both interior and exterior, she has a gross tonnage of 7.200 tons and can accommodate 36 guests in 19 luxurious cabins. Her cruising speed is 12 knots and her maximum speed is 16 knots.
Renaissance is classified by Lloyd's Register as a +100A1 Passenger Yacht, Ice Class 1D. The yacht was immediately earmarked for charter, according to the Burgess website, which listed her in its fleet, describing her as the most expensive yacht on the market. Therefore, she may currently be operating in the low season. Charters are planned for this yacht in the Mediterranean during the summer months and in the Caribbean during the winter.
