Isa Yachts presents the Isa Unica 40, a new semi-displacement project.
The concept was born with the promise of redefining the standards of excellence in the sector

Isa Yachts announces the launch of a new 40-meter project called Unica, a semi-displacement superyacht with an aluminum hull and superstructure and a draft of just 2.2 meters.
Born from the collaboration between designer Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design and the technical department of Palumbo Superyachts, the project stands out right from its name with its meaning of a singular specimen, without equal in the international nautical panorama.
The Isa Unica 40, the shipyard explains, was born from an analysis of current market trends in terms of innovation, design, functional solutions, and optimized space, and has evolved to create its own unique paradigm. Each area of the superyacht offers a functional advantage or more generous space than other models on the market; examples include the length of the exterior decks and the large windows.
The exterior design is fluid, with interplays of solids and voids creating a harmonious balance on the water. The lines taper both toward the bow and stern, lending the profile a natural dynamism even with substantial superstructure.
One of the design goals was to avoid obstructing the view of guests on board, making them feel perfectly connected to the outside world.
The design is emphasized by a careful study of the lights, which outline the profiles and create a glossy and welcoming atmosphere.
The stern is spread over 3 levels sloping down towards the sea and has a welcoming sundeck, a swimming pool and a infinity cockpit where the glass balustrade allows for an uninterrupted view.
The interiors have been designed to ensure maximum comfort on board but above all to optimize every need.
The owner's suite, located forward on the main deck, includes an office and lounge with vanity, a double walk-in closet, and a bathroom with two sinks. A sliding door separates the bed from the rest of the area for maximum privacy. Large side windows allow natural light to flood the cabin.
The Isa Unica 40 has two dining areas: a more formal one on the main deck and a second with a round table in the cockpit on the upper deck. Both decks also feature living and relaxation areas.
Another distinctive feature of the project is the large bow area on the upper deck which boasts a sundeck and an entertainment area.
The fly deck is also very spacious, with its almost 16 meters of length it includes a double sundeck, towards the stern and towards the bow, a lounge with sofa and armchairs, a dining table, a bar with stools and a round jacuzzi.
Below deck, there are four double cabins, including three VIP cabins with double beds and one guest cabin with twin beds, all with private bathrooms. The vessel accommodates seven crew members, with the captain's cabin located next to the helm station.
The Isa Unica 40 is designed with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. It is powered by two 1432kW MTU engines, which can push the vessel to a top speed of 20 knots and allow for a cruising speed of 15 knots. The range, the statement concludes, is set at 3300nm at a speed of 14,5 knots.
