Antonini Navi has announced the sale of a 32-meter Explorer
With the collaboration of Hydro Tec and Hot Lab this new super yacht will be built and delivered by 2025

A 32-meter, full-custom steel and aluminum explorer yacht has been sold by Antonini Navi. This announcement was made by the company specializing in full-custom superyachts, founded in 2020 by the Antonini Group in partnership with engineer Aldo Manna.
The construction of the new superyacht, designed by Hydro Tec for the exteriors, naval engineering, and layout, and by Hot Lab for the interiors, joins the shipyard's other construction projects, ranging from 40 to 60 meters in length, and the on-spec development of the 45-meter m/y Island. The Explorer Yacht is scheduled for delivery in 2025.
"Just three years have passed since Antonini Navi was founded," the company explains in a statement. "In that time, initially building metalwork for other shipyards, it has managed to gain the respect and attention of potential clients and has positioned itself as a competitive player in the yachting world, specializing in both full-custom yacht construction and contract manufacturing for major shipyards. This is thanks in part to the financial strength and extensive technological experience of the Antonini Group, which has been operating globally in the Oil & Gas and shipbuilding sectors for over 70 years."
"It is with great pride that we announce this sale. Three years ago, Simone Antonini, CEO of the Antonini Group, and I embarked on a complex, challenging, and highly ambitious entrepreneurial challenge: to create from scratch a company that could be a tangible and reliable alternative in the industry and become, within a few years, a viable choice among custom yacht builders. We are convinced that the credibility and technical expertise of our people make the difference. We are a determined and professional team, and the market will therefore continue to reward us, even in the short term," stated Aldo Manna, partner and sales director of Antonini Navi.
Sergio Cutolo of Hydro Tec commented: "The owner requested a vessel with explorer-like characteristics—comfortable, with a long range, and capable of tackling any sea—but also more attractive and modern. With Antonini Navi, we found the ideal partner for this type of project, thanks to their commercial, shipbuilding, and organizational background, which allowed us to fully satisfy the client's request for extreme flexibility of use."
"We are delighted to welcome Antonini Navi's style to this project, which sees us collaborating with the design firm Hydro Tec, with whom we have long formed a close-knit team. Our work on the interiors was carried out in close collaboration with the owner, who requested a fresh, contemporary style for the bright and spacious spaces, organic yet essential in both geometry and color," said Enrico Lumini of Hot Lab.
Antonini Navi boasts an in-house technical office with decades of experience in shipbuilding. With over 33 square meters of yard space, two warehouses totaling 4.200 square meters of covered space, 200 employees, and four available "slots" dedicated to yacht construction, the shipyard also works with many companies in the industry that choose to subcontract the construction of superyachts. Its services also include refitting, after-sales service, and superyacht mooring.
