“Much more than an object to be displayed, a place to be experienced. Clean, essential lines.” These are the words used by the Benetti shipyard to present the new Benetti Class 44M, its new 44-meter fiberglass flagship.

A result that the shipyard achieved "starting – as stated in a note – with an extensive and substantial use of sustainable materials, such as FSC-certified wood (therefore coming from forests managed according to the most rigorous environmental standards) and also thanks to the boundless transparent surfaces that allow all the decks of the Benetti Class 44M to be flooded with light".

Interior and exterior designer Giorgio Maria Cassetta said: "We worked on an infinite number of details, and the interiors of this vessel are something completely new compared to what we're used to seeing on yachts of this size. All these details immediately convey an enveloping sense of elegance, but also reveal the wonder of human skill and craftsmanship."

For Sebastiano Fanizza, Benetti's chief commercial officer, "this model is a true gem in every way. It boasts a spacious layout and satisfies every owner's desire for total comfort and well-being, a requirement that is increasingly at the heart of every new nautical project."

The Benetti Class 44M was created to ensure long, safe voyages around the world for weeks or even months, thanks to the careful study of the layout, onboard flows, large stowage capacity, and careful functional study of every detail.

The Benetti Class 44M is arranged across four decks, customizable to the owner's taste, where natural light plays a key role. The forward area of the Main Deck houses the full-beam owner's cabin, which features an office area, a spacious wardrobe, and a full-beam bathroom. Amidships, also on the main deck, are the galley and bathroom, and aft is the large, spectacular salon, which, thanks to the low bulwarks, also guarantees a direct view of the sea from both sides.

The Upper Deck, in addition to the helm station and captain's cabin, offers guests and owners a large interior living area that extends outside toward the stern, accommodating a dining table for ten. The Sun Deck offers over 102 square meters for dining, sunbathing, or simply sipping a drink at the bar, and can also be configured according to the owners' preferences.

The Lower Deck features four double guest cabins and a separate crew area. Special crew flows have been designed across all decks, from bow to stern. The beach club is designed flush with the water, offering a versatile, independent space with a dramatic visual impact. The generously sized garage is located along the port side, allowing for easy storage of the tender and all the water toys.

Particular attention was paid to achieving the highest levels of soundproofing. Minimal vibrations and maximum acoustic insulation were achieved thanks to floating floors and bulkheads and flexible transmission joints, using the most sophisticated techniques applied to megayachts. The air conditioning and purification system ensures the owner, guests, and crew the most efficient air exchange with six cycles per hour.

Benetti's Class 44M has two 1.400 hp Man engines in the engine room, developing at 2.300 rpm, which guarantee a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 4.100 nautical miles at a speed of 11 knots.
