Vittoria Yachts, a brand of pleasure boats built by the Vittoria Shipyard in Adria (Rovigo), has announced the entry of new investors into the company's capital, "to support an industrial growth plan and positioning in the yachting market. Thanks to this," the company adds, "it will experience strong expansion in terms of strategic development. This will allow the company to strengthen its commercial policies, which will enable it to acquire new orders and develop new vessel lines." The shipyard also adds that "direct personnel will be hired for the core functions of the pleasure craft industry."

Within the company, the CEO will remain Michele Zorzenon, "who will be supported on the Board of Directors," according to a statement, "by industry experts who will guide Vittoria Yachts through a renewed governance period, which will implement the 2023-2026 business plan." According to rumors, an investment fund is ready to invest.

To date, 55% of Vittoria Yachts' capital is temporarily controlled (pending further developments) by Michele Zorzenon, while the remaining 45% is held by Magic Tree Srl (80% owned by Alessandra Schettino and 20% by Antonio Schiro).

One of the cornerstones of the industrial plan is the Monfalcone hub project, soon to be built, where Vittoria Yachts' operational headquarters will already be located, while the Adria operational and construction site will remain for the foreseeable future.

The development of Vittoria Yachts, thanks to new synergies, will allow the Duò family, owners of Cantiere Navale Vittoria, "to focus on expanding their defense and security vessel production business. The diversification of activities will allow for a consistent division of departments by production area, with a shared core expertise, providing continuity in the hull construction process, especially in the steelwork area at CNV's production facility."

The announcement concludes by explaining that "the entry of investors marks the beginning of an important phase for the company, which will soon participate in the Cannes Yachting Festival, where it will unveil the many new features in store."

Vittoria Yachts has been one of the newest shipyards to enter the world of superyachts in recent years, developing two product lines: the Explorer Project Bow Sprit 54-meter and the Veloce 32-meter RPH. Both were originally scheduled for delivery in 2024 and were designed by Sergio Cutolo's Hydro Tec, both interior and exterior. The start of the fitting-out phase for the Veloce 32-meter RPH has just been announced.
