With the addition of Camera Vernetti and Southern Wind Shipyard, the number of members of Genova for Yachting has risen to 60.
The association chaired by Giovanni Costaguta also celebrates the return of the Myba Charter Show to the Ligurian capital.

"The number of local businesses participating in Genova For Yachting has risen to 60!" The announcement was made by the association chaired by Giovanni Costaguta.
At the last Shareholders' Meeting held recently at the Galata Museo del Mare, two new members were added: Southern Wind Shipyard – Italian Branch and the law firm Camera Vernetti.
"This is another important milestone for the association, confirming its central role not only as a spokesperson for professional nautical activity in Genoa but also as a driving force for the city's development," emphasizes Genova for Yachting.
Just yesterday, the company enthusiastically welcomed the news that the Myba Charter Show, the Mediterranean's leading superyacht charter event, will return to Genoa's Marina Molo Vecchio in 2024.
"We are truly pleased with the decision to bring back to Genoa the event that represents the most important meeting in the world of superyacht charters," said Fabio Pesto, president of Marina Molo Vecchio and Pesto Sea Group, and spokesperson for Genova for Yachting. "It's a true joy to once again host the Myba Charter Show at Marina Molo Vecchio and to be able to contribute to its success, thanks to the management that Pesto Sea Group will take care of. This return sees us ready to undertake a new challenge, but above all, it has achieved a goal for the entire nautical sector of our city: 1.500 professionals who will stay in Genoa for a week or more."
Giovanni Costaguta, president of Genova for Yachting, emphasized how the association "worked as a team with institutions and individual members to reclaim an event that had grown in Genoa and represents a driving force for the blue economy, the superyacht industry, and added value for the city. I would like to especially thank Mayor Marco Bucci and Councilor Francesco Maresca of the City of Genoa, with whom we have been actively collaborating on the basis of the 2019 Memorandum to create a shared path toward making Genoa the capital of yachting and the blue economy."
The Myba Charter Show, the premier showcase for superyacht charters, is the annual gathering of international brokers and management companies from over 30 countries, representing the entire supply chain, from shipyards to shipping agencies, marinas, insurance and service companies, as well as yacht crews.
