Sanlorenzo closed 2022 with a net profit of 74,2 million (+45%)

Net revenues from the sale of new yachts amounted to 740,7 million and EBITDA to 129,6 million euros

The Sanlorenzo shipyard in Ameglia (La Spezia) announced that its consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2022, reported net revenues from the sale of new yachts (“Net Revenues New”) of €740,7 million, up 26,4% from €585,9 million in 2021. EBITDA amounted to €129,6 million, up 37% from €94,6 million in 2021. Group net profit was €74,2 million, up 45,4% from €51 million in 2021. Net cash position amounted to €100,3 million, up €61,3 million from €39 million at December 31, 2021.

The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting approved, in addition to the financial statements, the proposed allocation of the net profit for the year, including the distribution of a dividend of €0,66 per share, gross of legal withholdings, for a total of €22.900.386,961. The ex-dividend date will be May 2, 2023, with payment on May 4, 2023. The dividend for the 2022 financial year, up 10% compared to the 2021 dividend, corresponds to a payout of approximately 31% of the group's net profit.
