Change of owner for the 46-meter Benetti Lady S
The yacht represents one of two units of the Allseas 40 series and in 2018 she underwent a complete refit

Lady S, a 46-metre superyacht belonging to the Allseas 40 series from the Benetti shipyard, was sold by Northrop and Johnson, who introduced the buyer, and Worth Avenue Yachts, who represented the seller.
Delivered in 1989, this pleasure vessel is one of two Benetti Allseas 40 models. Built with a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure, the 328 gross tonnage, 7,8-meter-beam yacht features exterior design and naval architecture by Fratelli Benetti, with interiors by Terence Disdale Design.
The yacht has been meticulously maintained since its first day at sea and underwent a complete refit in 2018. It has five cabins that can accommodate up to ten people, as well as accommodation for eight crew members.
Lady S features a classic, timeless interior. The furnishings stand out, including wood paneling and plenty of elegant seating throughout the main salon. The bow area also features a wet bar and formal dining area.
Outside, Lady S offers plenty of entertainment options for guests, with a bar, an outdoor dining area for ten, an outdoor lounge and a raised hot tub.
Powered by two Deutz engines, the yacht can reach a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. The known price for its sale was $5.9 million.
