Change of Owner for the Codecasa 41S Family Day
Launched by the Tuscan shipyard in 2007, the superyacht is characterized by the contrast between its sporty exterior lines and the classic interiors designed by its first owner. It is one of two existing models in the Codecasa 41S series.

The change of ownership for the 41-meter Codecasa yacht took place recently following negotiations between Julian Calder of Denison Yachting, representing the buyer, and Pierre Vezilier of IYC, representing the seller, with the assistance of Sea Greece Superyacht Consulting. The yacht is one of two models in the 41S sport series built by the historic Tuscan shipyard.
Launched in 2007, the superyacht features exterior design by the shipyard and naval architecture by Ligurian designer Andrea Bacigalupo; the Franco and Anna Della Role studio was responsible for the interior spaces. She has a gross tonnage of 286 GT and a beam of 8 meters.
Classic elegance, contrasting with the sporty exterior lines, is the common thread that unites all the spaces on the superyacht. Inside, cherry mahogany paneling is present throughout the vessel, and in the cabin bathrooms, it accentuates the white marble with gold finishes.
Family Day can accommodate 11 guests in her five cabins, including an owner's suite, two VIPs and two doubles, and has dedicated accommodations for up to 6 crew members.
The superyacht's exterior boasts numerous spacious areas for al fresco dining. The sun deck is also very inviting, with plenty of loungers and deck chairs. The main deck also features a sofa and a dining table with a removable bimini top.
Equipped with two MTU engines, Family Day has a cruising speed of 30 knots with a maximum range of 450 nautical miles and can reach a top speed of 34 knots.
The last asking price at the time of sale for this Codecasa 41S was 5 million euros.
