The first edition of 'Toys and Tenders' will take place in Ventimiglia in April.
From Friday 14th to Sunday 16th April, in the free entry event organised by the Nautical Section of Confindustria Imperia with the “Yacht Net” project, captains and shipowners will come into contact with the manufacturing and distribution companies and with the general public.
'Toys and Tenders', the first expo dedicated to yacht toys and support equipment, is born. The event will be held from April 14th to 16th, 2023, at the new Cala del Forte marina in Ventimiglia.
Organizing and promoting this first edition of "Toys and Tenders" is the nautical section of Confindustria Imperia, "Yacht Net – Riviera dei Fiori." The exhibition will focus on combining the toys that guarantee carefree, adrenaline-filled hours aboard yachts (water games and pools, sun loungers, underwater drones, jet skis, sea bikes, seabreachers) with support equipment for larger vessels (dinghys, lifeboats for racing and touring boats, and cabin cruisers with cargo holds). "Toys and Tenders" will be open Fridays from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Admission is free.
"The excellence of our region's yachting industry represents a significant source of income and drives the provincial economy. This is why the nautical sector launched the Yatch Net – Riviera dei Fiori project, aimed at promoting this growing sector," explains Alessio Marziano, president of the Nautical Section of Confindustria Imperia. "This first edition of 'Toys and Tenders' will be an opportunity to connect captains and shipowners with manufacturers and distributors, as well as to engage with the general public. The new Cala del Forte marina in Ventimiglia will be the perfect setting for this exhibition, open to all."
The Nautical Section of Confindustria Imperia, "Yacht Net," made a successful debut last September at the "Cannes Yachting Festival," the leading event for the nautical sector in Europe. Around ten companies representing a variety of sectors, including marinas, ports, shipyards, and services, were present at a dedicated stand in the Luxury Gallery, within the open space managed by the special agency of the Chamber of Commerce of the Ligurian Riviera, in partnership with Liguria International.
