The meeting between students and nautical companies begins with Isyl's 'career days'
The event was attended by 40 students and shipyards such as Overmarine, Sanlorenzo, Tankoa Yachts, and Azimut Benetti, which have supported Isyl since its inception. New shipyards are expected to join the Golden International Members soon.

They have left career day Promoted by Isyl, a higher education institute dedicated to maritime professions. The first meeting between students and companies took place recently in Viareggio on the Villa Borbone campus. This is the first step and the application process that will allow the students attending the courses organized by the foundation to connect with nautical companies, where they can be placed in internships that provide valuable on-the-job training and are aligned with their chosen career path.
The first Golden International Member shipyards (Overmarine, SanLorenzo, Tankoa Yachts, and Azimut Benetti) that support Isyl participated in the event, and others will be added based on member requests and new arrivals. Approximately 40 students successfully participated in the meetings, preparing to interact with yachting companies.
With the support of the Golden International Members, the foundation has launched a three-year strategy aimed at strengthening its impact on both businesses and students. The strategy involves establishing strong relationships with members to design training courses based on industry needs, develop courses for students with a straightforward and rapid path to entry into production processes, and promote maritime professions, particularly in the nautical sector, in schools by providing professional orientation. The career day aimed to foster contact between students and leading companies through interviews, aimed at orienting and maximizing the value of the internship period and pursuing the Isyl Foundation's goal of achieving 100% employment for students within six months of graduation.
