Ferretti Group's 2023 begins at Boot Düsseldorf with the presentation of the world premiere of the Ferretti Yachts 580, the new luxurious and ultra-modern flybridge.
The opportunity to take stock of the situation with journalists and industry insiders was the start-of-year press conference, held on Saturday, January 21st, which focused on the new models, along with previews of business strategies and design choices.
The group explains that 2022 was a decisive year for new boats and the expansion of its range, with 54 models, including 4 sailing yachts, compared to 42 in 2021. The new additions from Pershing, Wally, Riva, Custom Line, CRN, Itama, and Ferretti Yachts "are the result," according to a statement, "of a solid investment plan, amounting to 68 million euros in the first nine months of 2022 alone. Investments in recent years have allowed us to increase production capacity, so much so that the group now boasts approximately 290.000 square meters of space across its various facilities, a 14,5% increase compared to 2021. This is a strongly positive trend, as also demonstrated by the financial results updated to the third quarter of 2022, with revenues of 781,1 million euros and an order backlog of nearly 1,4 billion euros."
Alberto Galassi, CEO of Ferretti Group, said he expects, "given the extremely positive signals the market continues to send, an exciting 2023, both in terms of orders and in terms of the contribution of beauty and wonder that our boats will bring to the international nautical scene."
The conference also discussed new models and projects from the group's brands, including Custom Line's Navetta 38, the first Navetta with a deck directly at sea level. Ferretti Yachts, in addition to the world premiere of the Ferretti Yachts 580, also presented the first model in the new InFYnito range, the Ferretti Yachts InFYnito 90. "The InFYnito range is characterized by environmentally friendly and sustainable materials and navigation, personalized and customizable details, and a direct connection with the sea and the sky," added Ferretti Group.
