Leonardo del Vecchio's 62-meter Moneikos is up for sale for €38 million.
Annalisa Mastella of the brokerage firm Royal Yacht International is proposing it as central agent

Five months after the death of Leonardo Del Vecchio, founder of Luxottica, his super yacht Moneikos It has now appeared on the market, offered by Annalisa Mastella of Royal Yacht International as central agent. This 61,9-meter vessel, with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, was built by the Italian shipyard Codecasa and delivered in 2006. It underwent a refit in 2018 and again in 2020. Since leaving the Viareggio shipyard, it has had only one owner, who has always used it privately.
Moneikos can comfortably accommodate a group of 16 guests in eight cabins and is equipped with an elevator connecting all decks. The master suite is located on the upper deck and offers spectacular 180° panoramic views. This master stateroom offers privacy for family life and can be enjoyed independently from the rest of the vessel.
Forward on the main deck are a double guest cabin and two twin cabins, two of which can be converted into a full-beam VIP suite. The second guest area comprises two double cabins and two spacious twin cabins on the lower deck.
Designed by Studio Dedalo, the interiors feature seating that creates an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Fine woods, such as dark African wenge for the floors and light maple on the bulkheads, add warmth, while the ceilings are hand-lacquered.
Moneikos's exterior, designed by Della Role, is characterized by dark stripes that hide large, tinted rectangular windows and punctuate the superstructure levels. The sundeck is largely covered, maximizing interior volume and reducing sun exposure.
A pair of 2.450-hp Caterpillar 3516B engines give this pleasure craft a top speed of 17,5 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. Zero-speed Naiad stabilizers keep her stable both underway and at rest. At economical cruising speed, Moneikos has a range of 6.000 nautical miles.
The asking price for this super yacht is 38 million euros (VAT included).
