The birth of Four Seasons Yachts, a new company within the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts group, was announced at the Monaco Yacht Show. The company also includes Nadim Ashi and Philip Levine, entrepreneurs active in the luxury sector. As previously announced, last July from SHIPPING ITALY This is the newly formed shipping company that has commissioned the Italian shipbuilding group to build its first luxury vessel, scheduled for delivery in 2025 at its Ancona production facility. The agreement also includes an option to build two additional vessels for a total investment of approximately €1,2 billion.

A statement explains that “Four Seasons Yachts will be characterized by craftsmanship, personalized service and a strong commitment to excellence, appealing to all guests who wish to indulge their love of travel and experience the splendor of modern sea travel.”

These are some significant figures for the first ship, or rather the first Four Seasons Yacht, currently being designed by Fincantieri in Trieste and due to set sail by the end of 2025: it will be 207 meters long and 27 meters wide, with 14 decks. Its design is custom-designed down to the smallest detail, and each suite will cost $4,2 million to build. It will also offer nearly 50% more living space per guest than currently available, allowing for maximum privacy and flexibility in a residential setting.

The announcement also explains that the ship's 95 suites will be villa-like, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light and access to spacious terraces. The generous dimensions of both the interior and exterior private spaces and the presence of 2,4-foot-high ceilings will offer guests a new level of comfort.

The suites will have an average surface area of 54 square meters between internal and external space. 60%

The ship's inventory exceeds 76 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. The largest suite, or 'Funnel Suite,' will span four levels and offer over 892 square feet of combined indoor/outdoor living space, including a private pool and dedicated private spa area, creating a true sea-view home away from home.

Four Seasons Yacht will offer a spa, beauty salon, and wellness programs, ranging from fitness to nutrition. The canoe-shaped stern will feature a spacious pool deck for leisure and relaxation.

This area can also be transformed into an outdoor cinema or a space for private events.

World-renowned professionals were involved in the design: Tillberg Design of Sweden is responsible for the exterior and guest suites, London-based Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is responsible for many of the yacht's guest areas, while creative direction is entrusted to Prosper Assouline.
