Sisters Carolina and Michela Villa are preparing to celebrate their first 20 years of activity in the large pleasure boating sector, a sector in which they now operate with SCS Yachting e Villa Yachting.

In fact, it was 2003 when Ship & Crew Services was founded, a maritime agency specializing in shipping and crew management, which over the years has progressively specialized not only in merchant ships but also and above all in pleasure craft, becoming a full-service agency, expanding its range of services and developing the yachting sector.

It has therefore grown in the pleasure boating sector so much that in 2018 it opened a division exclusively dedicated to yachting: SCS Yachting.

For about a year now, the group has also launched a new segment linked to the sale and rental of yachts and superyachts with the brand Villa Yachting, a reality always under the control of the Villa family.

Today Villa Yachting e SCS Yachting They offer a range of services ranging from brokerage to maritime agency, flag registration services, online help desk for yachtsmen, crew search, selection and management, maritime mediation and administrative, tax and customs consultancy.

Since its founding, the company helmed by the Villa sisters has been affiliated with Assagenti, of which Carolina Villa is currently president of the pleasure boating commission. Since 2018, it has been a member of Genova for Yachting, an association that represents the Genoese professional nautical cluster and which today brings together over 50 companies active in the sectors of services, marinas, shipyards, technology, and professionals.

In addition to professional commitment in the blue economy, Villa Yachting also offers its customers "on the ground" assistance in real estate with a business segment LUXURY REAL ESTATE dedicated to the sale and management of luxury properties.
