Equinoxe closes the season with 8+8 million yacht charters and sales
The brokerage firm founded by Corrado Di Majo and Alessandro Ussi is expected to become part of the Sanlorenzo group by the end of the year.

Equinoxe, the yacht brokerage firm destined to soon become part of the Sanlorenzo Group, is about to close an excellent 2021/2022 business season.
The company, founded and led by Corrado Di Majo and Alessandro Ussi, specializing in boat sales and charter brokerage services, announced to SUPER YACHT 24 that it "recorded a charter brokerage volume of over €8 million in the September 21-October 22 financial year, a significant and further increase compared to the previous year." Furthermore, it "closed brokerage sales worth over €8 million."
Equinoxe Yachts adds that "the economic and financial fundamentals, already positive in recent years, which were impacted by extraordinary items, are also largely positive. In this positive and reassuring scenario," the statement continues, "the company is preparing to address a possible change in its corporate structure, with the acquisition of control by the Sanlorenzo group, with which a letter of intent has been signed for the acquisition of 100% of the company, which is expected to be finalized by the end of the year."
During the recent boat show just concluded in Cannes, the number one of Sanlorenzo, Massimo Perotti, spoke about the imminent acquisition of Equinox, going so far as to say that the operation could close as early as October: “From a charter company in Italy we will transform it into a global player and obviously it will be mainly dedicated to the use of Sanlorenzo yachts.”
